Benecaid is a member of the Third Party Administrators’ Association of Canada (TPAAC) and the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP). Health benefits administration is the core business of our company and is built on the pillars of our strong corporate governance. From working with qualified independent trustees consisting of chartered accountants to using proprietary systems that allow real time audit trails along with annual audits by Ernst & Young, Benecaid is focused on transparency for all of our clients and partners.

Aamir Mian

Sr VP Benefits Administration & Technology (Green Shield Holdings Inc.)


As the Senior Vice President, Benefits Administration and Technology Aamir is responsible for expanding Green Shield Holdings Inc. (GSH) distribution channels and administration products and services. He leads the CWI team directing strategy, sales, and operations.

Aamir has over 20 years of benefits management experience, most recently with ADP Canada where he was Group Vice President, Human Resources Outsourcing. Prior to that, he held senior positions at Conduent (Xerox), Aon Hewitt, and Morneau Shepell. Aamir continues to dedicate himself to building great teams, establishing deep client relationships, and delivering best-in-class client-centric administrative solutions.

Leanne Baptista

VP, Client & Distribution Success


Leanne’s career has been built around ensuring the delivery of customer service that exceeds expectations. Since joining Benecaid in 2004 as a Sales & Marketing Representative. Leanne has gone on to lead various teams including our Administration team with a focus on developing structured, leading-edge administration practices and led the Customer Care and Service team overseeing the expansion of our Call Centre. Prior to joining Benecaid, Leanne held various Customer Service roles for seven years.

Sevag Koshian

VP, Sales & Client Relations


Sevag brings over 15 years of Group Benefits Sales experience to the Benecaid Sales team. He was previously the Director of Sales at Benecaid for several years before taking on various roles at the carrier level in 2016; most recently as a National Accounts Executive at Sun Life. Sevag returned to Benecaid to oversee the sales department and to manage all advisor, carrier and distribution channels. He develops stable and sustainable relationships and builds solid foundations with our advisors, clients, and partners alike.

Constantin Brisca

Controller, Benefits Management


Constantin is a senior professional with two decades of experience working in Finance. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Bucharest University of Economic Studies. Having previously worked at large multinational corporations such as Citigroup and GMAC, he has leveraged this experience at Benecaid for the past 8 years, where he sits on the Executive Leadership Team and is responsible for the coordination of financial responsibilities and the Finance Team.

Dave Wilson

Director, Benefits Administration


Dave has a long history of translating business, service, and operational acumen into elegant solutions that improve organizational effectiveness and profitability from vision to execution. Dave bases his leadership style on the tenet of ‘people first’. Great teams produce great results and marrying best in class client service and solutions with highly engaged teams is a passion.

Dave brings 20 years of experience in the Benefits Administration and Business Process Services industries, previously holding senior management roles with SEB Administrative Services Inc. and Aon.

Todd Roy

Director, Implementation And Technology


Todd provides leadership to our implementation and product team, ensuring that implementations are completed on time with high quality and our development team drive feature enhancements.

With over 20 years of benefits administration experience, Todd continues to dedicate himself to delivering exceptional results for our clients. Prior to joining Benecaid, Todd held implementation roles at ADP and Alight Solutions. Todd graduated from Ryerson University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
