I forgot my Access Benecaid ID and password?

You can reset your password automatically by using your Access ID. Click here to reset your password. If you have forgotten your Access ID or to be provided with an Access ID please e-mail advisors@benecaid.com, or contact your Benecaid Benefit Consultant.

Where can I find marketing material for your products?

Click here to view most of our marketing material. They are also available within the Standard Forms section of the online Access Benecaid portal. Most of our materials can be customized to include you specific contact information. For more information please e-mail advisor@benecaid.com.

How can I contact a Benecaid Benefit Consultant?

Where can I find client forms such as change forms, enrolment forms or claim forms?

Claim forms, change forms, and enrolment forms can be found within the Standard Forms section of the online Access Benecaid portal. You can also access the forms on our website www.benecaid.com/forms. For questions regarding any of our forms please contact our Customer Care team Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm ET via phone 1-866-361-2998 or e-mail customercare@benecaid.com.

How do I find out who the Benecaid Account Manager is for one of my in force clients?

The Benecaid representative can be found on the first page of your client’s billing statement. Client billing statements are stored on the Access Benecaid portal, www.accessbenecaid.com, under the Reports & Billings section.
